Rare 18k Vacheron & Constantin Tank wristwatch, reference 4108, circa 1950.
Watch features a silvered dial with gold-toned hands. Strong 18k Tank / Brick–style gold case is in fine condition, with a flawless case back. Case dimensions are 25 × 33 mm.
Powered by Vacheron & Constantin calibre 458/3B manual-winding movement. Movement has been fully serviced in-house and performs very well.
Fitted with a Hirsch London Alligator leather strap and a gold-plated buckle. No original box or papers.
Watch is offered with a 12-month service warranty.
